Jerk Chicken - Spicy, juicy, “fall off the bone” chicken wings that is baked in the best homemade jerk sauce!

Sailfish and Ackee - Cod fish sautéed in ackee, vegetables and delicious seasonings.  Over tostones

Stew Chicken-  Dark meat that’s slowly cooked in a sugar glaze, along with multiple spices and browned to perfection. With white rice, braised Callaloo and sweet plantains. 

 

 

Curry Crab and Dumpling- Blue crab and dumpling cooked in a delicious homemade curry sauce.

 

 

 

Oxtail- Slow braised oxtail stewed to perfection in flavorsome spices . 

With rice n peas, braised cabbage and fried sweet plantains.

 

 

 

Spice Pasta- Chicken and shrimp cooked in our famous jerk Alfredo sauce. 

 

 

 

Curry Goat- Goat meat slowly braised in our tasty homemade curry sauce. With white rice, braised cabbage and fried sweet plantains.
