Potato and Leek soup topped with butter jumbo lump crab, crispy leeks and parsley oil

Roasted cherry tomatoes, crispy garlic chips, strawberries, candied walnuts tossed in a raspberry vinaigrette 

Second course 
Lobster mac croquet 
Deep fried lobster Mac over tomato basil sauce topped with fresh basil

Thai chili garlic wings 
Twice cooked wings tossed in a Thai chili garlic glaze 

Third course 
Oxtail ragu 
6 hour Braised oxtail shredded and tossed in house made Alfredo sauce with spinach, peppers and penne pasta

Stuffed Salmon 
Blacked salmon stuffed with our house made jumbo lump crab cake over garlic asparagus and mash
